Air Lift Well Drain Ejectors in AISI 304 Stainless Steel
The Air Lift well purge ejectors of our production are professional devices designed for lifting water, sand and sediment during well development and cleaning operations. Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, they guarantee maximum corrosion resistance and a long operating life even in harsh conditions.
Our direct production ensures total control over construction quality and dimensional accuracy, essential requirements for professional and efficient purging operations.
Please note: We market this product only in the regions of Tuscany, Umbria and Marche.
What are Air Lift ejectors used for: main uses
The Air Lift system is the most effective solution for:
- Purging and development of new or existing wells.
- Removal of sand, silt and deposits on the bottom.
- Extraordinary maintenance of piezometers and water infrastructures.
- Environmental remediation and hydrogeological investigations.
Principle of Operation and Operating Conditions
The Air Lift principle uses compressed air to create a low-density air-water mixture that rises upwards, dragging debris.
To maximize efficiency, it is crucial to follow these technical guidelines:
- Compressor Pressure: The maximum purge depth is directly proportional to the available bars.
- Water level: The ejector must not be used below 1/3 of the length of the well; In the event of water scarcity, it is necessary to integrate it from the outside to maintain the dynamic flow.
Available Models and Technical Features
We produce different configurations to adapt to each drilling diameter:
- Air Lift Ejector 2″ (with Crown or Tip) – AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Air Lift Ejector 3/4″ (with Crown or with Tip) – AISI 304 stainless steel.
Dimensional Specifications:
| Outer Diameter | 65 – 50 mm |
| Water Pipe | 25 – 20 mm |
| Air Connection | 1/4″ |
| Total length | 1080 – 780 mm |
Why choose our stainless steel ejectors
Choosing a product of our production means investing in a reliable and robust tool, designed for geologists and technicians in the water sector operating in Tuscany, Umbria and Marche. The stainless steel structure prevents the deterioration typical of equipment in contact with aggressive water and abrasive sands.
