Automatic 12V pump for supernatant recovery

The 12V automatic pump for supernatant recovery (LNAPL) is a specific system for the withdrawal of hydrocarbons from the surface of the water in polluted piezometers and wells.

Operation takes place through an air, water and product recognition system, and an automatic stop and restart mechanism.

The pump, which is powered by a 12V battery, is controlled by an electrical panel powered by 220V. The panel is IP55 for outdoor installation. On request it is possible to have it in an Exd explosion-proof version.

The pump system components (air/water/product recognition) are an intrinsically safe Exia circuit (Exia dual level float, driven by Exia dual channel galvanic isolation barrier), with protection for up to two independent faults in the system.

The maximum pump head is 55 m and it comes with 20 m of electrical cable and two replaceable wire mesh filters.
