Automatic 12V pump for surnatant recovery

The automatic sunatant recovery pump 12V (LNAPL) is a specific system for collecting hydrocarbons from the water surface in polluted piezometers and wells.

The operation is done through an air, water and product recognition system, and an automatic stop and restart mechanism.

The pump, which is powered by a 12V battery, is controlled by a 220V powered electrical panel. The framework is IP55 for external installation. On request you can have it in an anti-flagrant version Exd.

The components of the pump system (air/water/product recognition) are an Exia intrinsically safe circuit (double Exia level float, piloted by dual-channel Exia galvanic separation barrier), equipped with protection up to two independent failures in the system.

The maximum prevalence of the pump is 55 m and comes with 20 m of electrical cable and two replaceable metal mesh filters.
